Lost Souls tuneage
Carry Your Own Water: Lyrical inspiration was a line from an episode of
MTV's "Real World".... not too embarrasing huh?
Roll Out More Hose: Do I smell a metaphor, or are you just glad to see me?
What you're listening to here is what brought "The Lost Souls" together. These are the original recordings
done by Lewis in an ill-fated attempt at a "sitting around in your pajamas, writing and recording songs, just
praying that some ass-wipe from some piss-ass Indie film company will come along and pay you copious
amounts of cash to use your songs in his/her upcoming 'breakthrough' film" kinda trance. Obviously not real
world stuff. It took hooking up with Lou, Mickey, and Mike to breathe into these songs the life they deserve.
And we haven't even addressed the new material on the way.

So listen up... This is but a sampling of what you can expect to hear at a show. Mo' on the way soon... deal
with it.
Satan's Knockin' at the Door: So very obviously misogynistic, but why
wouldn't the devil be a woman with an attractive female cohort? Can you think
of a better reason to drink and drug yourself into oblivion?
Now She's Gone: Screen-door slammer that, in live performance, comes off
more like an electro-hoo doo, Cajun pissing contest.
Monster in Disguise: Obviously Django-esque in its DNA, I'm still pretty sure
he wasn't using a lap steel run through a Mesa Boogie.
OK... Not exactly "Raging Bull", but for an aging guitarist, and his 3
year old granddaughter, it was just one hell of a way to spend a
rainy Sunday afternoon. A dark garage, a flashlight, a Canon
Camera, and the remote control Zombie your sis-in-law sent you last
Christmas.
